Cancellations and Refunds

  • Name changes or substitutions after the completion of registration are not permitted
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to thighmuscleconf@aspetar.com
  • For a full refund of the registration fee, the cancellation request must be received by November 7th 2024 at 4 pm Doha time (GMT + 03:00). No refund will be offered for cancellation requests thereafter.
  • We will attempt to process the refund within 30 days of receiving any cancellation request.
  • Aspetar Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Hospital reserves the right to cancel the activity. In the event of a cancellation, registration fees will be returned, but Aspetar will not be responsible for any other expenses including restricted or non-refundable airfares or hotel deposits.”
To be eligible for a full credit, participants must be in target audience and attend the whole activity
